| Youths Choice is the Student Media Brand from Global Academy. We are an award-winning Radio Station and Content Hub, we broadcast on air 24/7 with live programming from 6am – 8pm Monday to Friday. I have worked with them previously and am looking to specifically develop all aspect of the Station. Along with this I have worked with other Radio Stations and similar brands making my experience relevant! |

| We Target Young People 13-24 who go to Global and people who are looking to come in future. We however have become a lot more commercial in the last few years and station management would like to go right back to basics of student radio and the ethos of the station being by the young people for the young people |

| This project is a few different projects that I will be overseeing as well as a few that I will be doing myself. For example I will be overseeing the On-Air rebrand (so the changing of all the production and on air features) but I will be working on updates to our Social Media channels and of course entering the station for the awards! |

| The Target Audience for Youths Choice is 13 – 24 who go to or are looking at attending Global Academy. This students come from a variety of backgrounds and have one common and key interest, they are all creative and want jobs in the Media Industry |
| Constraints / What are the brand, technology, resource, people constraints? |
| Creatively we don’t have a lot of restraints for this project as long as we are keeping within the stations branding guidelines, this would include Logos, Colours, Tone of Voice etc |
| Assumptions / What are all our current assumptions? Both in terms of the target market and our abilities |
| We assume that our target audience would be happy with the changes since they are being done with them in mind and while having conversations about what they want and need. |

| I have access to the Wider Youths Choice Team for this project and I will be stating where I have co-ordinated work towards this project rather than creating it myself. Along with this I also of course have access to the Youths Choice Studios, Equipment and Budget where needed. |
| Success / How will you measure success? Describe the hard metrics of success. |
| For this project to be a success we would assume to see an increase in engagement (as well as winning some awards in July) as well as positive comments both on social media and around the school building |
