This week is all about improving the On-Air Image of Youths Choice, this will include detailed analysis of the updated production, work parts, contacts and more! I’ll be working directly with Sam G as mentioned before so I won’t be creating the updated production myself.
Work parts
To start the week I had to make sure I had all the work parts together for Sam. This included, Scripts, VO, SFX, Sonic Logo.
The Scripts:
I had to write the liner script for our newly chosen VO artists to say, as well as putting a rough script together for Sam of what the produced imaging should say. Here are some of the assets I created.

The VO:
Once the scripts had been completed I had to record the VO with our new artists. I took them one by one for vocal sessions. These lasted for about 20 – 30 mins each. Other things I considered for this was to make sure I had water in the studio as well as making sure the artists knew about the recording in plenty of time. For this I emailed them all

The SFX:
For the Sound Effects I emailed the Group Head of Brand Sound Design at Global. He gave me the current work parts that capital were using on air! – He also pointed me in the right direction for the sonic logo to be created! In these screenshots I’ve only included the body for privacy, NDA and confidentiality reasons. The link will have now expired too

The Sonic Logo:
As mentioned in the above Emails. Dan Hill from Capital’s sound design team is going to support us by making a sonic logo! We had meetings and sent over examples. We then got the final product! Again in these screenshots I’ve only included the body for privacy, NDA and confidentiality reasons.

Updated Production
Again, as mentioned before this production was created by Sam, Head of Production & Imaging @ Youths Choice so there won’t be session file screenshots.
