Planning the award entires is probably the most critical part of my FMP so far. This is my chance to showcase the changes I have made to date and the changes I expect to make by the end of my practical skills section.

I was in constant communication with my team when writing the entries working on what they wanted to come across in them. Due to the nature of these awards being I didn’t personally create all the content we are entering, I had to work closely with others. I will go more into depth with this in my Practical Skills as I’m planning to write these entries with the applicants themselves.
