For the entries into the awards, I came across four main issues. The fourth and final issue that I had to overcome was working with other students and setting deadlines.
Working with other students on a project like this brings risks that they aren’t able to complete to projects before a set date. Unfortunately, due to the scope of this project and the variety of awards being entered, I do need to work and rely on other students to complete this. My plan is to make sure that the students I include to do projects are reliable and I’ve worked with them before. I’ll also set realistic deadlines a week or two before I need the finished pieces. This will allow me to go back and ask for revisions or give extensions where needed.
