This week was spent on my idea development for the main part of this project. The Youths Choice branding guidelines.

At the beginning of the week, I thought about who would be best to speak to about this. I’ve identified that the guidelines are about the brand from the management perspective and I think I have enough insights from my posts research to talk directly with management and use my own knowledge to come up with ideas. This means that rather than meeting with another focus group this week I would speak directly with the Station Manager on what I should be doing and changing. At the beginning of the meeting she showed me the current branding guidelines from the rebrand they had in 2018, this was a very helpful addition to get started. Together we listed the points down that needed to be change and came up with a few ideas such as the slightly changed fonts and how many colours should be in the pallet. Other than this they have given me very free range on what I decide to do with the guidelines.
